Chairs vote in Discord
Buttons collect yes, no, abstain, or recuse. A reason is requested only when the proposal requires one.
The public sees the result
Final non-confidential outcomes publish the exact proposal version, tally, permitted representative votes, and integrity proof.
Council chairs
Not every clan needs a permanent chair. The council is intentionally workable, with a practical ceiling rather than a seat for every possible world.
